Build Recipient List
・Recipient Registration
We provide a dedicated template for bulk recipient registration, making the setup process quick and easy. Once registered, lists can be easily managed through individual edits or by re-uploading the template for batch updates and additions.
You can maintain multiple lists, such as a company-wide directory or specific group-based lists. When launching a simulation, you have the flexibility to select and combine multiple recipient lists for a single training campaign.
・Attribution of Data Fields
Our recipient list template supports up to eight data fields. By using “arguments” (placeholders), these field values can be dynamically inserted into the email body for personalization. All data entered here is automatically reflected in training reports and CSV exports, allowing for seamless cross-tabulation and data analysis.

Design Training Content
・Training Type Selection
We offer a wide range of simulation types, including attachment-based, URL link-based, and phishing-style link & data submission types. You can also select hybrid simulations that test both attachments and URL links simultaneously.
・Template Selection
You can import and use approximately 200 Japanese and English templates based on real-world trends and alerts from security associations and organizations.
Full-Package Import: When you import a template, the system automatically includes the email body, attachments, sender information, and landing pages.
Enhanced Realism: Imported attachments are specially processed so that their content is not displayed in mail client preview screens, ensuring a more realistic test.
Easy Search: Scenarios can be easily filtered by training content, simulation type, or difficulty level.
・Customization
While templates can be used as-is, they can also be easily customized after importing. For organizations requiring unique testing parameters, you can also create entirely new, original simulation content from scratch.
Launch Simulation
・Schedule & Delivery Method
Once a training scenario is imported, it is registered under “Training in Preparation”. You can easily launch test broadcasts or full simulations simply by selecting a distribution list and setting the schedule. Not only can you can input specific dates to reserve your training, you can also define specific time slots, days of the week, or exclude certain dates entirely. Moreover, emails can be sent in the order of the registered list or distributed randomly to prevent employees from alerting one another.
・Preview Confirmation
During setup, you can display previews of the email body and the landing page to verify all content to minimize mistakes before the actual launch. You can also send a “connectivity confirmation email” to a designated address to ensure the simulation functions correctly within your environment.
・Status Monitoring
The system records every action event taken by the training targets, allowing you to monitor the progress of the simulation as it happens in real-time.
All activity is automatically reflected in the dashboard, training result reports, and raw data exports.
Analyze Results
・Performance Dashboard
The dashboard allows you to track all recipient action statuses in real time. From the main dashboard view, you can see a comprehensive training list to monitor the progress of each individual campaign. The results screen provides both a high-level summary and granular details of recipient actions. All training configurations and status checks can be managed directly from this central dashboard.
・Simulation Result Data
During and after a simulation, the system automatically generates an Excel report (.xlsx) and two types of raw result data (.csv) for download. These files are ideal for tracking ongoing progress or providing immediate primary reports to stakeholders.
・Post-Training Consultation
We offer expert guidance on analyzing your results and planning your next simulation.
System Event Filtering: If your organization uses an automated email security system, it may trigger “false positive” action events. We provide advice on how to identify and exclude these automated system logs from your human recipient data.
Continuous Improvement: We support your long-term security goals by offering advice on training outcomes and identifying specific challenges to address in future sessions.
